1. Utility
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required. Please attach a copy with your application or send to the Highway Department before submitting your application.
A minimum of $1,500,000 per Occurance and $3,000,000 General Aggregate.
Utility Permits can take up to 10 business days for the County to review and authorize. Please submit your permits at least 10 business days before the anticipated work is to begin.

2. Transportation
Annual Transportation Permit Instructions
Reviewal and authorization of Annual Transportation and House Moving Permits can take up to 10 working days. Please submit your permit at least 10 business days before start of work/ movement.
Oversize/ Over width permits can take up to 2 business days to review and authorize. Please submit you oversize/ over width permit at least 2 business days before anticipated start of work/ movement.
